Federico Ferrari, chef patron di Mirepuà Food Lab, ha mosso i primi passi in cucina all’età di quattordici anni proprio a Cremolino. Dopo esperienze formative e l’apertura del suo primo ristorante ad Acqui Terme nel 2017, nel 2022 torna alle proprie radici trasferendo Mirepuà nel borgo medievale di Cremolino.
Oggi, affiancato da Gaia Fassone in sala, Federico propone una cucina che unisce tradizione piemontese e innovazione, valorizzando materie prime locali, ortaggi dell’orto e fornitori selezionati. Esempi emblematici sono l’Agnolotto Quadro Monferrino e il fritto misto alla Piemontese.
